The success of iPARK resides in its ability to provide high caliber and timely
support through the provision of services to its incubated firms. Housed at the
Royal Scientific Society campus, iPARK is in a prime location to leverage
Princess Sumaya University for Technology, Jordan University, and the Royal
Scientific Society's resources as well as services from the best Jordanian
business support consultancy firms, and lastly the full commitment and support
of its parent Institution The Higher Council for Science and Technology.

Logistical Services 
iPARK provides companies ready to move in office space and full logistical
facilities.
iPARK provides the right kind of user friendly environment to enable startup
companies to accelerate their development.
Each member company has its own dedicated office within the Incubator's
environment, as well as shared office facilities.
Dedicated Facilities:
iPARK has 20 independent office units. Each office unit can accommodate up to 5
persons. While each unit can be customized to the specific needs of the member
company and their staff members, it will typically include:

Equipment: including networked computers, printers, telephones, as well as an
air conditioning and heating system with its own control panel. Each computer
will be pre-loaded with the traditional commonly used business applications such
as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

Member companies can occupy one or more units. Additionally, iPARK offers a
large room with cubicle space that member companies can tap into in a flexible
manner to accommodate their expansion needs.
Shared Facilities:
iPARK's share facilities are available to all member companies. They include
shared office equipment, shared offices services, and access to the Royal
Scientific Society resources.

Shared equipment include: wired and wireless internet access, copier, fax
machine, printers, scanners, data show projector, infrastructure servers, UPS
system, and telephone exchange system.

Shared business services include reception and telephone answering services,
mail handling, and conference room services.

The Royal Scientific Society facilities that are available for member companies
include video conferencing hall, auditoriums, research library (business and
technical publications and books, as well as reference materials), cafeteria

Strategic Support Services 
iPARK's strategic support services are delivered through an experienced network
of advisors with a proven track record in supporting ICT start-ups. Our
strategic services aim at developing the business aspect of the star-ups and
enable them to compliment their core competencies with hard to secure expertise,
contacts, and resources.
Strategic Support services pertain to the on-going involvement of a business
advisor that is assigned to member companies to assist and guide them through
the development of their business.
Prior to admitting any member company to the Incubator, the selection process
will encompass executing due diligence on the company, and identifying their
strategic support needs. Accordingly, a qualified advisor will provide them with
the services that they need.

between the member companies and the service providers.
Operational support services pertain to assistance and management of procurement
of specialized professional services that are commonly available in the market
and that are needed by the member companies.
These services will be provided through iPARKs network of qualified professional
services providers at preferential rates and will be managed by us to ensure
delivery of timely and quality services that are appropriate to the member
companies needs.
